Director
Laurent Bischof
Laurent has over 20 years of venture capital experience, including an operational role in VC-funded companies, and as an early-stage VC fund manager. In 2016, Laurent co-founded Bloom, the first AI platform dedicated to strategic analysis of social networks, where he is currently acting as Board member and CFO. Since 2011, he is also managing director of Polytech Ventures, a Swiss-based early-stage venture fund.
Chief Business Officer
Philippe Erwin
With more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment and video games industry, Philippe is well-known for his expertise in investment and business development. In 2013, he co-founded QED Associates, a media consultancy business, and was a general counsel for Robot Cache, the first PC games digital distribution platform built on the blockchain.
He is currently a Chief Business Officer for Cascade Global and Rewired/ Rewired.gg, supporting the business development of the venture capital and sharing his knowledge on video games. He is also a board advisor for Team Vitality, one of the leading European esports Teams.
Senior Commercial Advisor
Sean Kohli
Sean is Senior Commercial Advisor at Rewired, a role that sees him operate at the intersection of esports partnerships, strategy, and international development. Early on he helped introduce a responsible gaming charter that was adopted across the organisation, before turning to commercial work. He also reshaped Team Vitality’s international academies, bringing together scouting, merchandising, and brand development under one model.
Since 2025 he has also acted as Senior Commercial Advisor to Team Vitality, contributing to its global expansion. His work has ranged from helping to establish a North American academy and building sponsorship ties, to supporting Saudi Arabia’s Esports World Cup partnership. This international remit reflects his broader focus: combining commercial growth with the long-term development of esports as a global industry.
Analyst
Agathe Schwaar
Agathe is a junior analyst with strong cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork with people from different cultural backgrounds. Her diverse activities include organizing Startup Weekends; Coordinating French classes for refugees and playing rugby in Switzerland. Previously, she worked as an associate for InnoPeaks, a Swiss-based accelerator in health tech and insurtech.

Sam Cooke
Sam Cooke is the co-founder and Managing Director of Esports Insider, the leading global B2B esports industry news platform, agency, events, and media company. He also Co-Founded the WFH League, and an advisor to mobile esports service provider Gamerpro. He has spoken at events including the World Gaming Executive Summit, the Asia Licensing Conference, Esports BAR Cannes, Samsung KX, PGC, and more.
